I really don't get why so many requesters ask for your worker ID and then provide a code. Just use my ID as confirmation.

That is the same as completion codes though which is the point I was trying to make. You enter you're ID in the survey, vs getting a completion code and entering it in the HIT.

I didn't want to argue it cause I figured I was missing the point being made, but yeah, I just meant the codes are used to tie the qualtrics survey to the HIT you submit on turk. If you put your worker ID in qualtrics then the code is kind of superfluous.
