Are you using the Turkopticon browser extension? IIRC that conflicts with TM, if you switch to the userscript version of TO (which you can find on greasyfork) that might fix it.

Thank you I will try that. I read something about that but couldn't find what it meant so I tried to disable Turkopticon but it didn't help.
