When were we ever hired?

Really random it would seem, and not many people come forth talking about being suspended over too many rejections. For the few people that have, the 75% and lower range seems to be where the hammer drops. I can't imagine why anyone who puts good faith in their work would ever reach that threshold, and I'm sure Amazon gives new people a bit of leeway on that since 1 rejection can fuck stuff up for them with only a few hits approved.
