Well, He asked for a transfer. And they said they would give him a raise if he doesnt transfer. So he accepted.

I was saying this same thing just two months ago, now I cap almost everyday. Keep at it. Install Floating Timer. Get to a point where you're doing at least 6 out of 10 in less than 25 seconds.
