HIT Finder is used for showing what HITs are being posted (it also has a logged HITs feature that is useful for grabbing preview and accept links). I don't use the beta version of it. HIT Catcher allows you to run preview and accept links to catch HITs. To try to catch a HIT using it, just hit the "Add Watcher" button and put in the preview and accept link of the HIT you want.
