HM sounds good, but I've tried with both basic search terms and specific requesters in mind, and neither is being caught. I even made sure that there were some available. Eh. Probably my fault, but I'm sick and I've worn myself out for the day.

https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/34644-hit-monitor-for-worker-mturk-com

afaik it's not possible to run logged out on the worker site though.
I don't think you can view anything on the new site without being logged in.

Thanks for updating it! I was worried I was going to have to muddle my incompetent way through forking it.

HM is a monitor script. It doesn't catch anything and isn't designed to.

I think they probably mean it hasn't popped up any notifications.

SalvadorZombie @SalvadorZombie it only scans the first couple pages of new HITs, so it only notifies you when something new is posted. If you're testing on HITs that have been up for a while it won't show those

I'm saying that it never gave any indication that it even *found* anything that it was monitoring for. No sound, no change in the page. Not asking it to grab the HIT, but I'm assuming that there would be an indication that it found something that it was monitoring for.

Tbh, the original was written in such a lazy brilliant way that I only had to change a few lines.

Yes it's working. If you want to test have it scan for something that posts new hits frequently, like p9a

Just add scoutit, 411, crowdsurf, etc.

It looks at HITs sorted by most recently posted. Even if something is already up, it won't see it if it's not currently posting.
