I just did a survey and got the code the damn thing timed out this never happens to me I don't remember the requater or anything... it was to do with dom perignon and a party any one do this survey if so there any way I can contact the requster the code and see if they are nice enough to reassign me a make up HIT or bonus.

Oh I love them! Fyi don't tell the forum but currently in remission ( I know I just told everyone)

But my body got exhausted from life and it's internal battle so it helps energize me so I can actually be productive in life. Doc said maybe just a few more and I should be good to go.
