@coffeeowl I went to see The Florida Project the other day, see if it lived up to the hype it had been getting. I really did enjoy it, it's shot in these garishly-painted extended stay hotels near Disney, but the movie is beautiful in its own way. The kid actors were fantastic, and kids in movies usually annoy the hell outta me. I don't know if it's because it tells the kind of story about poverty and living on the edges of society that you usually don't see, but the movie really stayed with me. Williem Dafoe was so good playing against type, and not being a creepy evil guy for once.

One thing though, someone at the theater was super rude and brought onions inside and probably a little cutting board too, and they started chopping onions during the last third of the movie and so I cried like a baby through no fault of my own.

If no one brings onions to your theater, I highly recommend the movie.
