sometimes I think we'd be better off if that awesmoe sergey batch from feb of 2016 never happened. then throttling wouldn't exist, I'd be rich and I'd be doing coke at the playboy mansion right now

This 5s business is horseshit. They're up for 3 minutes. They run slow. You have to panda them or else you can't catch them, but if you do panda, most of them expire before you can do the 10 you need.
