I always have zero missed as well.. so I am confused as to what that actually means, maybe my PC is broken.

A miss in pantha mode means that the script got a message that it couldn't accept the hit because someone else accepted it or it couldn't grab it because it got a throttled message. One of those should happen with a throttled batch especially with zoltar. Could try like I mentioned before to create the same job and test it next time to see if you get the same results.
