Just a simple toasted ciabatta roll with spinach and roasted red pepper frittata inside I'm being ridiculously disciplined (for me) because it would suck to gain like 10 more lbs in the last month of pregnancy

I'm gonna need cake on monday though because I have to go downtown for dr. anyway and an awesome new shop is opening up this weekend
