have you dusted everything out recently?

also more fans doesnt necessarily equal lower temps

closed loop water coolers are relatively cheap nowadays and are (for the most part) pretty quiet.

Just checked & my cpu temps seem ok. 32 degrees celsius. CPU maxes out load at like 5%. Think I'm gonna start with completely uninstalling and reinstalling my GTX670FTW video card driver. The BSOD seems to only happen when I'm using Chrome. Gonna uncheck hardware acceleration as well.

Yeah, I think it's video card/flash related somehow. Might be memory allocation in Windows 7 as well. I let Windows determine that but might need to tweak that. Have 8 GB ram so not sure it's that either.
