Wait...yesterday? she got an extra hour of sleep though. i wasn't sleepy until too-early-for bedtime.



I need more light in the morning. Or I can't wake up. We can stay in this time change as a morning laborer lol.

I used to do that every morning, too. Frankly, I need it *not* to be light out. The dark mid-fall mornings actually helped me more than anything. Getting up at 5am was actually easier than 7-8, because I don't have to fight the sunlight then. To each their own.

interesting. i am very in tune with the sun. if it isn't up, i struggle to be awake. and I can't sleep when it's light out. even if I go to bed at 4am, i'm still up with the sun.
