They are a masters lvl hit so you wouldn't see them. You can always check that by setting your search to include things you're not qualified for.

I have about 800 people in my town, I went at 10am, waitied almost an hour. Never seen it that long before and I have voted my entire life.

WOW! I only had to wait like 15 mins. But that was a shocker since I literally NEVER wait.

Maybe I did in 2008. But that was a one of a kind election.
