I'm with you. I have SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder.) Makes me depressed. I have to get one of those lamps.

I got one last year and it's actually helped me quite a bit. I keep it on my desk and use it in the morning.

We have to do it because we did the opposite in the spring. We're just resetting the clock back to the real time. i think it's a shitty idea too.
