I've managed to scrape together a PE: $11 and change. I think today is one of those "persistence is key" days.

edit: by persistence I mean I'm going to sit here all day scraping together pennies out of spite or something.

Nvidia Shields are the cheapest they've ever been. They cost a lot but do a lot more than a normal streaming media player can. If you're a cord cutter and want something that can do it all (in terms of your entertainment needs) this is a very good option for a device.
