Whats the big deal about internet speed, I never had a problem maxing or grabbing hits when I had shitty 4 mbps internet.
It's not the size of your bandwidth it's how you use it or some bullshit like that

Yep, it's probably ping (how many pit stops (aka other peoples computers) between you and the server the hit is hosted on) that matters, not upload/download (aka bandwidth).
