That usually only happens to me when I'm signed out of Amazon before I'm able to submit something, so I end up having to submit it again. I've never had it break and stay in queue without that being the reason, though.

I mean, should I do something about it? It showed that I already submitted it so I shouldn't have to worry about it right? Should I just let it expire, or return it? Not sure what to do here.

I'm wondering if this is a grey area or an opportunity to be addressed?

It lets people accept more HITs than there is work, knowing that we have to return the extras.

I'd think that if you can see that message before accepting, that's not going to be a violation. But if you have to accept it to get that message, that sounds like it'd be a TOS violation now.

even if it's in your queue, and you're able to start it, if you then LEAVE the hit, and go to the queue instead of that pinterest hit, someone else can complete that assignment and you'll return to the task with a message saying there is no more work, please return it.

Totally makes sense. Seems like if they have 100 tasks to do, they shouldn't let more than 100 HITs be accepted... I hope @Quality Team checks into this and makes sure they're following the newly revised TOS on this.
