That usually only happens to me when I'm signed out of Amazon before I'm able to submit something, so I end up having to submit it again. I've never had it break and stay in queue without that being the reason, though.
I mean, should I do something about it? It showed that I already submitted it so I shouldn't have to worry about it right? Should I just let it expire, or return it? Not sure what to do here.

Even though it shows that I already submitted it? Will this create a problem?
are you sure you didn't just auto accept a new one when you submitted

Well I caught like 12 pins but only got to work on 1. Oh well!
You just reminded me ... electrolyte @electrolyte , do Pins ( Quality Team @Quality Team ) now violate AMT's updated TOS about posting HITs knowing they will have to be returned by a worker?

I'm wondering if this is a grey area or an opportunity to be addressed?

I haven't looked at their HITs lately. Do they say to return the HIT if you can't find or do something?

It lets people accept more HITs than there is work, knowing that we have to return the extras.
Ohhh, right. I forgot about that. Can you see that message before accepting the HIT, if you were to just preview it and not have it already in your queue? I'd think that if you can see that message before accepting, that's not going to be a violation. But if you have to accept it to get that message, that sounds like it'd be a TOS violation now.

even if it's in your queue, and you're able to start it, if you then LEAVE the hit, and go to the queue instead of that pinterest hit, someone else can complete that assignment and you'll return to the task with a message saying there is no more work, please return it.

I don't know, but that's something to look for now :)
Seems like they shouldn't even have that many UP, message or not, ya know?
Like, how does a number of HITs not match the amount of work, does that make sense?

Totally makes sense. Seems like if they have 100 tasks to do, they shouldn't let more than 100 HITs be accepted... I hope Quality Team @Quality Team checks into this and makes sure they're following the newly revised TOS on this.

it allows for many different people to do the tasks, instead of just a few people that were able to fill their queue.
