Regarding the 'No Tasks Available' message: we don't cap how many one rater can do a day or anything like that. This message appears when enough mTurkers are already working on the specific HIT so that, if they all complete their work, there will be no more work needed to be done. If one of them releases the HIT without completing the work, the message will disappear. Once all the work has actually been submitted, the HIT is no longer visible.
