11/12 - Montage Monday!

took her in to a vet today because she wasn't herself over the weekend
something was wrong with her eye, but didn't know what
turns out it was in ulcer
the vet says she needs to be operated on asap (today)
so that happened. went and picked her up a few hrs later
so she got her eye repaired. poor thing has to wear a cone for two weeks

my heart is heavy today

The really big ones usually end up breaking lol. Just pray that she posts on consecutive days rather than really big batches.

She had to get fixed! But it's the puppy my husband found in the road and had to have her leg amputated. So 2nd time in a cone, lol.
Yeah it sucks seeing our fur babies hurting. They give her pain meds? When we brought our puppy home after amputation surgery she was so doped up, lol.

I'm so sorry. Our lil ole lady cat had a cone on for nearly 2 months. But it was that or put her down. We had 9 more months of her wonderful company before we took her to be put to sleep on Thursday. I'm so grateful of the time she was in my life and know op and cone was the right decision at the time.

I know this isn't going to help offset the costs of surgery or anything but I hope you feel a little bit better knowing that you're a good owner.

and lots of eye drop stuff

mine is pretty doped up right now,
but she fell asleep for now
poor thing
two weeks with the cone and that'll be it
going to be a good day for her when it comes off
