I've had injuries in the past which explain a lot, but does anybody else get wrist/hand pain from turking? How do you minimize it?

You can easily get repetitive stress injuries in your joints from turking. If you want to minimize it... make sure your workspace is set up with ergonomics in mind and take frequent microbreaks to do other stuff.

I take good care of my joints (not meant in the other sense this one time only) and I shit post here. No joke. It's cathartic to get some stress out with jokes, madness, and the occasional good HIT. Like I will work 2 hours, take 10-15 minutes off, work 2 hours, eat, shower, work 2 hours, I do this in about 4 batches of 2 hours of working spread over roughly 10 hours total when I work all day. I don't always work all day either which helps.

You honestly didn't really need that much help. We mostly just hung out in IRC together with JD, Spam Squirrel, and Kryssyy shooting the shit and trading scripts.
