Good question. Granted that very few people received it, could it possibly also be phishing email that look and sound like Amazon? That was talked about elsewhere on another group I was reading last week.

I haven't seen anything about that theory!

The response I got last week said I would hear back in 3 to 5 days. I didn't send an email about it right away so I wonder if anyone who sent one before I did received anything after the "we will investigate" email.
