Like today, my good friend who lives in another state saw all the stuff I am selling on facebook marketplace and stuff, and she was like "crap lauren I'm so sorry you have to sell all your nice things, it makes me really sad."

Everytime she talks to me she calls my life the real series of unfortunate events. sigh.

Everytime she talks to me she calls my life the real series of unfortunate events. sigh.

It might suck to sell a lot of your belongings... but it is helpful to remember it is really just stuff. sentimental value is in the memories it holds for you, not the object itself.... and it is easy to become caged in by or enslaved to our belongings. look at it like a needful purge
