You'll want to read the documentation for hitfinder... I'm fairly certain it describes when pushbullet is used. As for hit monitor... there is no script integration so you'll have to learn how to use pushbullet itself and figure out whether you can make it work with hitmonitor. Not sure why you would want to though... hitmonitor has the built-in sms function.

Yeah, setting it up on HM2 is pretty easy. All it does is opens gmail in a tab and messages your phone or whatever email address(es) that you put into it.

I figured it was something along those lines, but it's been months since I had a look at HM2 beyond the UI. I did use a forked version of the first HM for quite a while. No idea if pushbullet can be used with PC either, it's been a while since I looked at it too.
