I contacted Amazon payments and it has been a nightmare. I emailed them and just got a copy and pasted answer about a totally different transfer(They did not even read the email I sent)
Then I called them and was told that nothing was showing wrong on their end and there was nothing they could do.(Fucking really!!)
Then I sent them another email and got back this response-
I would like to inform you that there has been some technical issue for some of the transactions made to bank transfers on 19Th of November. I have forwarded this issue to our technical team and they are looking into the issue and would resolve it as soon as possible.
In this case to help you with this I am personally following up on this issue for you and would update you as soon as possible for me.
Edit just got another message from them-
I'm gone through your phone conversation with my colleague "******" and sorry for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and trust me it was never our intention.
To help you with this issue, I went ahead and escalated this issue to our technical team and they are already working on this to resolve it at the earliest.
Generally, issues like this are resolved within 5-7 business days. I realize that at this point of time asking you to wait for few more days would be disappointing, however, we would really like to assist you better.
Given the situation, I will personally follow up on this and I will get back to you as soon as I get an update about this from our technical team.
