Interesting. I wonder if ordering through paypal would have helped. They're usually better than regular credit card companies or your bank at making sellers follow through. Its my payment of choice for price mistake items

If the seller cancels everything though you're shit outta luck. Best you can hope for is a discount coupon or a gift card.
