Make sure you are not somewhere where that coin mining extension is hiding. When I found it on the other forum I found my computer fan running constantly and my internet use extremely slowed. It's not supposed to follow you I don't think but I think there is the supposition that it can put other things on your computer that will if it is a bad extension and that's been done on purpose. Run your cleaner, your virus protection and all the standard stuff. That helped me but my fan ran constantly when it was going on which is indication of someone is causing your computer to run hot unless of course it's something else. But the cleaner worked best for me and then as a member said uBlock takes nice care of this thing if that is the problem. It also seems to block ads better for me that adblock.
