Any tea drinkers around? I'm trying to cut back on coffee a bit (6 cups a day is getting to be a little much), and I"m thinking tea would be a good substitute. Anybody have any flavors they would recommend?
i love the teas from David's Tea they have some Holiday flavors that are amazing, Sleigh Ride and Nutty and Spice are pretty amazing. but I also love there fruit teas like Blueberry Jam. I love their tea selection.

I love peppermint! I'm also a big fan of Yogi's Kava Tea - kind of cinnamon-y but not too earthy. Fragrant, fruity teas are also lovely. I had a strawberry tea from Teavana once that was heavenly.

How do you prepare your tea? I'm thinking I may invest in some sort of loose-leaf apparatus, but honestly it's a little intimidating...
Be careful with kava tea if you take medications. It can have some serious interactions. More info here: http://www.rxlist.com/kava-page3/supplements.htm but check with your pharmacist if you take prescription medication to be extra sure.

So, nice to see you mention that. I used to sell some all-natural products. Companies try to imply that all-natural means safe, not mentioning the interactions/risks that natural products or nutraceuticals can have. Good on ya!:)

I like oolong, green tea ( they have caffeine, but not as much as coffee. Then I like the herbal teas also, especially the bulk teas I can put in my little tea pot. I like apple cinnamon.

I drink lots of tea! Lots of coffee too but. When I switched from 5+ 24 oz coffees a day, to tea, I found that this was https://www.amazon.com/Tetley-British-Blend-Premium-80-Count/dp/B001EQ5Q3U strong enough to have that "robust" quality that I look for in coffee. It seemed more "dark" than most other bagged tea. I'm sure it's not the best but, it worked for me. Mid-range price and quality product, from my experience. :)

EDIT I don't do flavors. Sorry.

Just thinking of going back to work tomorrow after having 4 days off, makes me tired. I like my job and I like the people I work with except for one co worker who DRIVES ME NUTS. She asks so many questions, like a W9 I did back a year ago, she asks me why I did this or did that. How the hell am I supposed to remember why I did something a year ago. It's so nice and peaceful when she's not at work. I also don't like the almost hour commute one way. Argh.
