Hey there! I did deep water hydroponics one year. Grew some mean Simpsonblackseeded Lettuce! I might do so again. I still have the chemicals. Just debating between Hydro or Aquaponics for the natural of it all!

Aquaponics is my DREAM!! Do you eat the fish also? I want a setup that uses eating-fish to feed the plants. Definitely part of my "what I would do if there was a zombie apocalypse" plan.

Once they do that, they call it "Aquaculture". My grand idea is you could even build a rabbit hutch above the growing stuff.

Neat! I'll take a look at that! I learned a lot about it last year for a project, but I never considered using mammals. Some part of me just assumes mammals will be too hard to keep in the apocalypse, but I guess we'll all have to wait and find out.
