Anyone experience glitches, returns, etc with them?
Half the time they work okay, half the time...
too complicated for the time & pay, or it errors out...
Lose a lot of work time. They demand a lot of manual setup compared to UX competitors.
When you like the work task, but the execution and setup consistently aren't so hot.
I appreciate that they do respond to emails, and you can have a conversation with them.
