There's a way to make a steak called "Pittsburgh rare" but literally nobody in Pittsburgh makes steaks that way, so it is possibly likely that they have never even heard of this dish.

I just looked that up, and that's even too rare for me! Lowest I go is 120, Google says Pittsburgh Rare is 110!
