whats wrong with a george foreman grill? It lets the fat drip out making a burger as healthy as a salad. (at least thats what I tell myself)

also lets all the juices out as well, which causes it to lose a lot of flavor. but everybody tastes and preferences are their own. if it makes you happy go for it
