I'm not a fan of surveys requiring one to have a certain OS or type of computer but here it is .
If you're not on Windows PC that's relatively new you won't qualify. Probably a screening question but dunno. I'm on Mac Mini that is 9 years old, running OS X High Sierra, and still running better than the 3 year old dell laptop I had for work.
