Have you tried removing PC entirely from tampermonkey and reinstalling?

Just delete it.

Crap. They never respond to emails. What do I do?

EDIT: I looked through my quals and I can't tell if I have it or not, it just says I can't retake the test until 12/10. Bizarre.

I was having this problem once and I think I ended up uninstalling then reinstalling the script manager to fix it. Just make sure you back all your scripts up first before you try anything, don't want to lose stuff like your database.

Have you tried reinstalling panda crazy? Backup your pandas before you do though if you decide to go that way. Sorry didn't see Nuramazings post about this but what he said

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have been able to accept it if you weren't qualified?.\ There was a qualification attached to it to accept it.
