I once left the baby in the house buckled into his carseat and started to drive off to take him to daycare before I realized...duh, I had loaded everything else into the car BUT the baby.

I even locked the front door behind me.

I went back in and there he was, strapped in his bucket seat, sitting next to the front door just staring at me like, "WTF, woman?"

When I was doing them before the pay cut, I was just putting the company name. It's often next to a copyright date at the bottom of the page.
