Anyone know if Amazon payments will be affected by the $600 threshold this upcoming tax season ? This new tax law is a complete nightmare and will prevent people from selling stuff on eBay, etsy, etc ...It's incredibly scummy that they lowered the threshold to 600 dollars. How is that even close remotely trying to hunt down the "wealthy tax cheats?

That's not really the point here, lets say If you bought something say, 10 years ago and you sold it in 2021 for over $600, then yea you're getting screwed , it will trigger a 1099K which previously it didn't so was wondering if it also is affecting AMZ payments for people that are right around the $600 earnings

I heard something yesterday, I think it was. Keep receipts. What you paid for it, what you sold it for. So, point being as most accountants and CPAs will tell you. Keep copies of everything, yeah everything. show the profit. show the loss.

If this isn't allowed here, my apologies. Anyone else here doing the cerealbar project and a little...disappointed at the pay? I feel bad saying anything because I know they are working on the bugs, but it's really frustrating to spend 15 minutes on a game that will only pay 50-60 cents including bonus when it seems like the pay rate was much better in the first incarnation of the experiment.

Its crazy , it will affect so many including everyone on Cloudconnect and Prolific since they process thru Paypal
