Are you using a script to submit a HIT? If so, are 2 scripts running that submit a HIT that are both being triggered?

No, I was using the enter key to submit the AWS's and I started to get that message out of nowhere.

That message is generally from trying to submit the HIT twice, I'll get it if I forgot to turn something off or sometimes if I accidentally double tap enter.

I get it a lot if multi-tabbing from the top and bottom of my que at the same time, if que order fix doesnt give me the hit I expect it to and I submit in one tab then in the other quickly.
