I did yesterday for a bit but it was fine by evening. I can't be sure what if anything I did to cleared the problem though. I let my Mac run through its updates late afternoon and by the time the final restart was done everything was fine. Maybe a Chrome update fixed it? This is the Chrome version I'm on: Version 87.0.4280.67 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Also I know part of the overall OS update was a java update so it's anyone's guess.

I'm on chromebook / chrome & it updated mid-way through this morning after the issue started, so idk if that's it.
