Mine now sits on the top of the back of my chair (it's a high back big leather office chair kinda deal, the back is nearly as tall as I am ) and gently put her feet on my shoulders throughout the day to be like "Hey, I'm here. How is your day?"

How's Florida looking about right now?

I really don't miss it.....though, I do miss our little neighborhood. We knew everyone.

(We don't know anyone here......if there was an emergency, I suppose I know one or two people I could call on for help. But in FL we had a whole bunch of people we could call. It's kind of lonely. In winter, especially - everyone hibernates. Plus, you know New England. Self-reliant to the max..........).

Hallo!

I apparently ignored my alarm this morning and woke up over an hour late. ooops. I woke my kid up 20 minutes later than he should wake up. I'm going to start making him set his own alarm just in case I oversleep again.

Didn't get much work done this morning, darn it. Got a new fence going in today, could use all my pennies.
