I also think that Google is doing a secondary study of the effectiveness of different ACs. Just a guess but, don't want to talk, personally, too much about ACs because, at a glance, it can be misconstrued as 'Content'.

Similar situation a month or so ago with a requestor. I contacted them immediately after I submitted the hit and they responded by telling me that they wouldn't be reversing the rejection. I sent basically the same politely worded email asking them to reconsider once a day for eight days before I got my reversal. I altered the wording just a little each day. YMMV but it worked for me.
I've managed to catch 7 of them between the family and sports HITS but there's no rhyme or reason to when I've actually caught the damn things.
You'll be pleased. It's dirt cheap to send books at book rate but they take a while to get there. They send them strictly ground.
Media Mail is what USPS calls it and if you paid for a large flat rate box last time, media mail will save you literally 1's of dollars. Maybe even a tenner or more actually. Buy your postage online if you have a scale (and printer) handy and skip the line at the PO too. You can use paypal.com/shipnow or pirateship to buy labels.
