I think I've tried every timer/mode possible on PC (even tried turkmaster) and nothing helps. Kind of over it.

Don't use a throttled to shit batch as a gauge of PC setting optimization. The variable isn't in your control

I like the theory that someone put out a few weeks ago that it has to do with being based on your location to the server or whatever.

That's what i've always thought. Its pretty bad when mturk starts to become a first person shooter where ping matters
