I think its because the amzn qualifications tabs take so long to load that they will time out every now again while qual sorter is trying to scrape and that just throws a monkey wrench into the whole thing.

That sounds about right. I think I may have all my quals sorted now. I turned off all the scripts except this one and when I came back to the computer I went from two thousand something to over eight thousand quals. I sorted them again after that and the page ended up timing out after a while, so I think after all this time they're finally sorted.
