PC helper works on search pages and preview pages. It doesn't work if you click to accept a hit and you missed it. Amazon redirects the url and there isn't a way yet to circumvent that. If you right click the link of the hit from where ever you grabbed it from, you can grab the HIT ID from that link and manually put it into PC. Right now, that's the only way.

hehe thanks...between the english, hebrew, and yiddish my family made sure i felt guilty...alot growing up....lmao just thought of hearing my savta start kvetching about something like schlepping to slowly on life and whyz am i not a docta, rabbi, or lawyer like mys cousin.....shrugs...ahh such is life...but the latke are amazing..so are the sufganiyot. ...and oven roasted chicken with rice, israeli salad, cooscoos, and challah bread, add some grapes and its a pretty good life can't complain. cheers.

Fwiw, you can work around redirects with window names, because windows retain their names as long as they are open. So for example, if you open some link with window.open(url, name), then you can use window.name to regain control of the window if it wanders off somewhere as long as the script is still active, and it won't interfere with normal behavior when you load the same url, but not with that script. If you open multiple windows with the same name, you can use a counter to mod the name so that they don't open on top of each other.

edit: You can also just assign a name to any window that's already open.
