not true. You can't submit without all of the copyright questions marked... there is nothing stopping the hit from being submitted without the watermark questions marked (in fact... with the way they have it coded it would be impossible to submit at all if the hidden radios weren't marked in every hit, by your logic.)

If I missed a bubble it would not let me submit unless I clicked the bubbles that i missed. And since copyright is the first bubble when i click yes on that i do not get the drop down for watermark.

I wouldn't do this.
Once you do one of their hits, you usually get the "You've completed..." message for all of their other hits and they usually have hits that pay $2-$4. Wait for one of those
