My ex and I bought so many toys for my son when he was little. The living room looked like the Toys R Us giraffe threw up in it.
He only played with about 10% of what we bought. The rest all just sat there.

Thats smart, Im sure itll get to that point eventually with ours. Right now they are still little and wouldn't appreciate experiences over stuff.

exactly! i really regret buying so much stuff when my kids were small. they didnt care about most of it. i should have just saved/invested/whatever for NOW when they actually need stuff as teenagers.

I don't know if this has already been discussed, but I am getting "There are no more of these HITs available" on every worker page. If I type "worker.mturk.com" I get that warning box. I'm guessing that this is because I have several Watchers running in HIT Catcher. Yes, that seems to be it. If I stop them all, and then reload once or twice, the warning disappears. And when I restart them and reload the worker page they are back.

I'm getting the sense that the people who worked on the redesign have pretty much no awareness of how people are using mturk.
