Yeah, I guess it falls under "advertising or marketing activities" which are not permitted according to the Participation Agreement.

It came at the exact same time I did a withdrawl (both the withdrawl email and it came at the same moment) and the copy and pasted link is genuine. If it's a scam it's an impressive one.

I got mine the second after I setup a withdrawl, waited 23 minutes, "verified" the email, and a second later the withdrawal process initiated email came in...

TLDR: Seems legit.
