That's really such a stupid thing to ask for. I know they're trying to prove your address, but there are so many situations where people live in a house together but not everyone in the house is listed on the utility bills.

Agreed! I uploaded a copy of my D.L., and it didn't ask for the utility bill. The msg read that they would verify and let me know in 24 hours.
