@electrolyte--I suspect they're 49c in all Aldi stores. They have numerous ways of keeping their overhead down. They ask you to bag, and they carry lesser-known brands that you wouldn't find in most supermarkets. They're owned by the company that owns Trader Joe's. I think TJ eggs are $1.79, but in most supermarkets they're more.

Neither daughter will be home for christmas. My son cares little about it. My tree never gets to be lit because my son likes the lights off. No presents under the tree because he will open them all. No stocking because he will pull them down. Its kind of a bummer. It hardly feels like xmas yet its already the 21st
