actually, the cvs receipt surveys suck. BUT cvs does have a surveyboard that you can only do one survey per 3 month period, and the incentives are between $5 and $25 for a 10 minute survey. usually only worth $10, but I've been a member for years. cvs surveys are a-ok.

Panera's has great food, but with most stores, I just turn down the "loyalty" cards. They're just come-ons to get you to buy more in their store. I keep the cards for supermarket and pet food stores, because they're for sale items.
