Ok, there were 8000 John Doe's just 10 minutes ago, now there's nothing? Would letting one expire have anything to do with that? Or did they go that fast.

I think if you return/let expire you can’t do them for a few minutes?

They are still there -- caps have been changing a lot. Today I have only been able to do about 30 and then hit the cap. If you return one you have to wait 10 minutes before you can get another one.

I think you're doing something wrong. I've gotten significantly less than on WWW, as I think have most people. Are you running multiple watcher programs?
